Reportage

Reportage photography, also known as documentary photography or photojournalism, is a style of photography focused on storytelling and documentation. The stories, whether they are about a specific event, cultural setting, or social issue are very often displayed as a set of images.

They allow the viewer to catch the message the photographer wants to transmit.
Reportage photography therefore often aims to evoke emotions and reactions.

To me Reportage photography is often identical to street photography with the difference that I try to assemble those images in such a way, that a meaningful story or message is created. To this purpose I only use up to nine images, trying not to destroy the message or bore the viewer.
